- Mastery warmup: Below 30%: +5% on every attempt.
- Mastery established: Success +4% / fail −2% (floor 30%, cap 100%).
- Tier unlocks: Reach 100% mastery on a job to unlock the next risk tier.
- Escape chance: 35% to walk away instead of getting arrested when heat triggers during a job.
- Board rotation: 2 jobs per unlocked level are offered at a time, refreshing every 5 minutes.
- Heat: Every attempt raises heat (more on higher tiers). High heat also raises arrest risk — cool off before running the expensive jobs.
