Ownable tables

These can sit city-held or under a player. Owners take a cut when other players lose. A kill or hostile takeover can move player-owned tables.

• Slots - match symbols on reels; multiple themes. City-held machines stay playable until someone takes them over.
• Roulette - European-style bets on numbers, colors, and ranges.
• Blackjack - Vegas-style hands against the table.
• Horse Racing - bet on virtual races with weighted odds; tracks can be owned.
• Rock Paper Scissors - quick tables with configurable max bets and multipliers.

Scratch cards & lotto

• Scratch Cards - daily purchase limits; interactive 3×3 reveal; cash-tier prizes. Bulk scratch sits in the Credit Shop.
• Weekly Lotto - buy tickets for the current draw. Street crimes and Vehicle Theft can award free tickets.

Missions

Daily and weekly casino missions count slots, roulette, blackjack, horse racing, and rock-paper-scissors. Scratch cards do not count (bulk scratch would farm them). Detail: Missions System.
