Welcome to Blood Money Empire ("Game", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Game, website, mobile applications, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases. If you are under the age of majority, you may play only with a parent/guardian's consent and supervision.
You must create an account and comply with all rules in these Terms.
You are responsible for your account's confidentiality and all activity under it.
Do not share credentials or attempt to access another user's account. If you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, you are also responsible for securing that linked identity provider account.
One player may use one account. Do not create alternate, feeder, storage, market, scouting, or other accounts to protect, boost, fund, or advantage another account. Household play is allowed only when each person plays their own account independently. We may review linked accounts, shared devices, and shared IPs for multi-accounting abuse.
Player-facing rules (including multi-account, anti-cheat, and conduct details) are published in our Street Code.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
The Game is a crime simulation with fictional activities (e.g., crimes, gangs, drugs, jail, PvP combat, hitlist contracts, trading, and casino-style games such as blackjack, slots, roulette, and similar features). It does not endorse real-world illegal activity.
You will not:
We may moderate and remove content (e.g., forum posts, messages, world chat) and issue penalties, including mutes, suspensions, or bans.
The Game offers premium credits purchasable via Stripe (card), PayPal, and, where available, Apple App Store and Google Play billing. Prices and availability may change.
Credits and virtual items are non-transferable (except as allowed by in-game mechanics) and have no real-world cash value.
All sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion where required by law or in cases of accidental duplicate charges or payment errors. See our Refund Policy for details.
Fraudulent activity may result in account action and reversal of in-game benefits.
We may adjust game balance, items, missions, drop rates, crime success rates, and other mechanics at any time.
Features may be added, modified, or removed (e.g., gangs, businesses, forums, helpdesk, casino games, missions, daily bonuses, travel, shops, and related systems). The Game may be offered in beta or early access; features and stability may change without notice.
You retain rights in content you post but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it for the Game's operation and promotion.
Do not post content that you lack rights to share or that violates law or these Terms.
We may use technical measures to detect exploits, automation, or suspicious behavior and may collect logs necessary to prevent abuse and ensure fair play.
The Game may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
The Game and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our aggregate liability to you for all claims related to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Game or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any violation of these Terms or law.
Upon termination, licenses and rights granted to you will cease, and we may delete your data as permitted by law and our Privacy Policy.
Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, Apple, and Google. Identity providers may include Google, Facebook, and Apple. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy notices.
Community spaces such as Discord are governed by that platform's rules in addition to these Terms when you participate there.
All Game content, code, artwork, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Follow forum, messaging, and world-chat rules. Respect other players and staff instructions. Exploit reporting is encouraged. See the Street Code for the full player rules, and Credits & Fair Play plus Random Rewards & Casino Disclosure for monetization and chance-based systems.
Before formal action, contact support through the in-game helpdesk or the email listed in the Privacy Policy.
Some jurisdictions require arbitration/venue notices. If applicable, disputes will be resolved in our principal place of business's courts, under its governing law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. Mandatory consumer rights in your country may still apply.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-game or via the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
